Florenz Schneider

Werkleiter, Dräxlmaier Group

As plant manager, I am responsible for the results-oriented management of a German production site. My tasks include ensuring ongoing operations as well as the development and consistent implementation of a future-oriented site concept. This involves the continuous optimization of costs and results according to the principles of lean management while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency standards in terms of plant availability, material flow, processes and customer supply. Equally critical is my role in motivating and developing the talented plant team, fostering international collaboration to share best practices and building strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
