Working within a corporate group, I’ve honed my skills by leading digitization and optimization projects across global production environments. These successful company-wide rollouts, utilizing both waterfall and agile management methodologies, have significantly enhanced operational efficiency (OEE) and positively impacted the organization’s way of working demonstrating my capabilities in digital transformation.
My background extends to full product development, from conceptualizing minimum viable products (MVPs) and first business case calculations to the entire lifecycle, including user training and continuous improvement. Currently, I manage a portfolio of digitalization solutions aimed at optimizing production efficiency and enhancing occupational safety.
As an advisor to production sites across the organization, I guide them in the practical implementation of digitalization strategies, particularly in AI. My analytical mindset and economic acumen, cultivated through studies, work experience, and ongoing training, empower me to drive impactful outcomes. From Proof-of-concept to company wide scale-out, only those solutions which are value adding are selected and productized. A particular focus as part of Stora Enso´s “Future Mill” approach is on the development of “Advisor” solutions into “Closed-Loop” applications. This development has not only increased our efficiency but also revolutionized the human-machine interface. Our experiences in this area show how important it is to optimize the interaction between humans and machines to achieve the best possible results.
